Policy
ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, WHICH WILL BE APPLIED TOWARD THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR SERVICE.
WE ALLOW A 15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. ARRIVALS BEYOND THIS TIMEFRAME WILL RESULT IN THE APPOINTMENT BEING AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED, AND THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
NO APPOINTMENT WILL BE CONFIRMED UNTIL THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. ALL CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS MADE THROUGH THE PAYMENT LINK ARE SUBJECT TO A 3% PROCESSING FEE.
